Are you passionate about developing drivers, improving road safety, and making a real impact every day? We're looking for a dedicated Driver Trainer to support and develop our LGV drivers across the business.
Location: Droitwich Depot
Salary: £17.30 per hour - plus £40 weekly allowance
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 - 21:00-22:00 start times (must be flexible on start times on request due to training needs).
What we're looking for:
- Strong communicator with hands-on driver training experience
- Confident delivering both practical and classroom-based training
- Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations
- Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an LGV C+E driver
Essential:
- LGV C+E licence
- Driver CPC
- Experience delivering driver training
Desirable:
- NRI (RTITB) DCPC qualification
- IOSH or First Aid
- Experience with telematics (Connexus/Tachomaster)
