Shift patterns:
- Days: 06:00 - 16:00
- Evening: 16:00 - 02:00
- Hours vary week to week
Pay rates:
* 13.24 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Basic English level
Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends or overtime when required
- Own car or own transport due to the client's location
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Good communication skills
Role for Production Operative:
- Prepare fresh produce for processing
- Operate packing lines efficiently
- Assemble and pack products to standard
- Carry out regular quality checks
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards
