We are looking for an experienced people-focused leader with a strong background in logistics or manufacturing who can drive performance, challenge existing processes, and lead a high-performing warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational targets.
Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and clear performance management.
Manage day-to-day HR matters, including attendance, conduct, and employee relations.
Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
Ensure operational KPIs are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Warehouse Shift Manager or in a similar leadership role within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing and developing teams.
Strong performance management and coaching skills.
Confidence in handling HR-related matters within an operational environment.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the norm and implement improvements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to business requirements.
What's on Offer
Salary up to £20.51 per hour, equivalent of £40,000 yearly salary
Weekly Pay
Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 shift but flexibility required to support Operational needs
Minimum 6-month assignment with the potential to secure a permanent position.
