Warehouse Admin Nights - Tickhill
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Admin Nights to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Tickhill. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring that warehouse operations run efficiently.
Shift patterns:
- Working from Sunday to Thursday or from Monday to Friday, 22:00 to 06:00.
- 30-minute unpaid break provided daily.
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on client needs.
Pay rates:
* 14.43 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for Warehouse Admin Nights:
- Minimum 37.5 hours per week.
- Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Admin Nights or Stock Control role.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management systems and good computer skills.
- Own transport is essential due to the site location and limited public transport.
- Must reside within a 40-minute driving range of the site.
Desirable requirements for Warehouse Admin Nights:
* 3-6 months of experience in a similar role.
Role tasks for Warehouse Admin Nights:
- Receive and update shipment statuses while inspecting goods for damage.
- Manage inventory by scanning, labelling, and organizing stock items.
- Enter load details into the Transportation Management System.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage shipping manifests and proof of delivery forms.
