- This is a full time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4pm
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am
Applicants must be flexible to meet the demands of the business.
Your Time at Work
As an RTITB MHE Instructor, your responsibilities include
- Delivering training for the new starters on-site
- Delivering refresher training if needed
- Delivering training to ABA & company standards (ACo P L117) - (can cover Novice, Refresher, Conversion + Safety Refresher)
- Delivering training on EPT, PPT, Counterbalance, Reach-Truck, HLOP, VNA (if not, the company can train for relevant MHE equipment)
- Ensuring RA-SSOW are being delivered during the training
- Create and update Site Training Matrix
- Delivering truck presentations
- Ensuring all paperwork/documents are completed after each training
- Supporting operations in MHE awareness
- Supporting operations with incidents/accidents/near-misses
- Conducting inductions / Manual Handling / Deliver SSOW training
- Presenting all documents required by H&S / Management
- Reporting any incidents/accidents/near-misses
- Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have a solid background in delivering training within the wind industry.
You must be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail, familiar with computer systems, and have a good understanding of Word, Excel and Power Point programs.
Experience in a similar role is required.
