We're recruiting an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead site-based teams, coordinate daily operations and ensure drainage and industrial services projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What You'll
Doing
- Supervising drainage, industrial cleaning and environmental service operations
- Leading teams on-site and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Producing and managing RAMS and safe systems of work
- Coordinating equipment, plant, vehicles and site resources
- Supporting high-pressure water jetting, confined-space and decontamination projects
- Leading spill and hazardous-material response teams during emergency call-outs
- Liaising directly with clients and providing progress updates
- Completing job documentation and supporting operational planning
- Ensuring vehicles, equipment, assets and the depot are properly maintained
- Supporting the on-call rota and deputising for management when required
What We Need From You
- Previous experience working within the drainage industry
- Supervisory or team-leading experience within a hands-on environment
- Experience producing RAMS and managing safe systems of work
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Experience coordinating teams, vehicles, equipment and site resources
- Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Flexible approach to overtime, emergency call-outs, travel and occasional nights away
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Experience in high-pressure water jetting, confined spaces, industrial cleaning, spill response or hazardous-material handling would be advantageous.
Qualifications such as WJA, CCNSG, SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH, HGV or ADR would also be beneficial.
