You will provide essential administrative support, work with colleagues and service providers across a range of activities and gain broader experience of Facilities operations.

An average day as a Facilities Administrator... .
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities team, helping priorities stay organised and on track.
Monitor the EV back-office system and promptly report faults or operational issues.
Order EV charging cards and process related supplier invoices.
Maintain accurate departmental spreadsheets, records and databases.
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Order stationery, office supplies and departmental equipment.
Liaise with service providers and follow up actions to support timely resolutions.
Provide reception cover during annual leave and other periods of absence.
Support Facilities colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks and other reasonable duties as required.
About you...
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and proactive, with a genuine willingness to support the team.
You do not need to be a Facilities specialist - strong administrative skills, attention to detail and a positive, flexible approach are key.
Previous administrative experience.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to prioritise your workload and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, flexible approach and a willingness to help where needed.
