About the Assistant Branch Manager role:
In this unique and exciting management role, we are looking for a goal orientated Assistant Branch Manager with a proven sales track record and experience of managing staff. The company is growing at a fast rate within the UK, with this role allowing the postholder the opportunity to help manage their existing site in Doncaster, reporting into the Store and Regional Manager.
The ideal candidate will have some retail management/team leading experience and be someone who likes variety, has excellent communication skills, and can provide exceptional customer service. The role requires someone who is organised, self-motivated, and can manage their own and others' time effectively. Storage experience is not necessary, but people management/team leading experience at some level, as well as sales experience, are essential.

Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting the Store Manager and taking on their responsibilities if they are away, as well as taking ownership of other crucial aspects of the store and staff.

- Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
