- Creating a welcoming environment keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues
- Room care with pride dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents' rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage
- Working together collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
