We're working with a well-established, growing digital agency that's looking to add a Digital Marketing Account Manager to its collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering impactful digital campaigns and working across a variety of exciting projects.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, managing campaigns from planning through to delivery, while working closely with designers, developers and fellow marketers to achieve outstanding results.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns and acting as the main point of contact for your clients. You'll help shape digital strategies, monitor performance and provide valuable insights to maximise campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts and digital marketing projects
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
- Plan and manage PPC, SEO and email marketing campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Produce client reports with actionable recommendations
- Optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates
- Manage A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimisation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend client meetings and present campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal design and development teams
About You
You'll ideally have:
- 2+ years' experience within digital marketing
- Previous agency or client account management experience
- Strong understanding of PPC and SEO
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Desirable Skills
- Paid Social campaign experience
- Looker Studio (Data Studio)
- Hospitality or eCommerce experience
- Knowledge of UX/UI and landing page optimisation
- Experience using project management software
