We are currently working with a leading organisation within the space and advanced engineering sector who are looking to appoint a Senior Electronics Production Planner to join their growing team in Harwell.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a technically advanced business working on complex satellite and space programmes, with responsibility for production planning, assembly, integration and testing.
The Senior Electronics Production Planner role will involve overseeing the planning and coordination of production and AIT activities across complex satellite and electronics programmes.
You'll work closely with engineering, quality, procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, while driving continuous improvement, resolving production issues and ensuring all processes meet the required quality and industry standards.
Senior Electronics Production Planner Requirements
Previous experience in production engineering, manufacturing operations or AIT.
Experience within space, satellite electronics, defence or another high-tech engineering environment is desirable.
Proven experience planning and controlling complex, multi-disciplinary programmes.
Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement experience.
Experience with MES/ERP systems and production planning tools.
