An innovative space technology company is looking to add a Senior Product Assurance Engineer to their growing team. Chroma are supporting the search to help meet increasing demand across a range of complex space and satellite programmes.
This role offers the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, ensuring quality and compliance throughout design, manufacturing, assembly, integration and test activities. It's a great opportunity for a Senior Product Assurance Engineer who enjoys working closely with engineering teams, suppliers and customers on technically challenging projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in space product assurance, with experience working to ESA requirements and ECSS standards.
- 5+ years' experience in a Product Assurance role within the space industry
- Experience supporting ESA, NASA or commercial space programmes
- Strong knowledge of ESA requirements and ECSS standards
- Experience with EEE Parts, Materials & Processes assurance activities
- Exposure to design, manufacturing, integration and test reviews
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and/or AS9100
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline
