- Early shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm (10% shift premium)

- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Carry out secondary processing activities using a range of specialist machinery and equipment.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand requirements, prioritise workloads, and deliver against agreed schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal processes and capabilities.
