We are working with a globally recognised control system integration business to recruit 5 Controls & Automation Engineers for their expanding team. The ideal candidates will work hands-on with some of the most advanced PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation technologies to design, program, and commission cutting-edge systems.

You will be troubleshooting complex setups, crafting intelligent process control strategies, and developing high-performance solutions using the latest platforms, including modern packages like Ignition and WinCC Unified.

As part of working the full project lifecycle, you will be expected to take your systems to site, meaning a willingness to travel for short commissioning assignments across the UK and internationally is required.

We are ideally looking for someone who has:

  • Strong proficiency in programming, testing, and commissioning PLCs (ControlLogix, Modicon, Siemens)
  • Experience with modern SCADA technologies (Ignition, Wonderware, WinCC) and HMI development
  • An understanding of industrial cybersecurity, control network architecture, and communication protocols (Ethernet, ProfiBus, ProfiNet, Modbus)
  • Familiarity with electrical engineering tools such as AutoCAD
