We are seeking a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Driving & Industrial team based in Derby.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.

The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and candidates within the Driving and Industrial sectors.

You will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while building strong relationships with businesses and job seekers across the region.

Key Responsibilities Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for driving and industrial vacancies.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Advertising vacancies across various recruitment platforms.

Matching suitable candidates to client requirements.

Conducting reference checks and ensuring compliance procedures are completed.

Supporting the management of temporary workers.

Developing new business opportunities through sales and networking activities.

Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Maintaining accurate records using recruitment software and databases.
