The Role You'll be responsible for the overall leadership, development, and performance of a two-bed EBD children's home, ensuring exceptional outcomes for young people while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the day-to-day operation of the home
Building, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team
Maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
Driving positive outcomes for children and young people
Developing strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
Contributing to the growth and future direction of our children's residential services
About You We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who thrives on responsibility and wants more than just another management position.
You'll have:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People's Services)
Experience managing an EBD children's home or similar setting
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks
Experience developing policies, procedures, and compliance systems
Excellent leadership and people management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
