This is a varied role that combines field-based installation work, customer support , product setup , trainingdelivery and ongoing account management .
One day you could be installing equipmen t and configuring systems on customer sites, while the next you could be delivering training , supporting customers with reportingsoftwareor helping them understand important health and safety compliance requirements.
We're interested in speaking with practical, people-focused individuals who enjoy working with power tools and technology.
You may come from manufacturing, production, engineering support, construction, field service, supervisoryor other hands-on environments.
Equally, ifyou'resomeone with strong DIY skills, a practicalmindsetand the ability to build credibility with customers, we'dlove to hear from you.
The successful candidate will beconfidentcommunicating with people at all levels, both face-to-face and remotely.
You'llbe comfortable delivering engaging training sessions to groups, building long-term customerrelationshipsand learning technical product knowledge, softwareplatformsand industry regulations.
