We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team based in Telford, providing support across our three Shropshire sites as business needs require.

What you'll be doing
As HR Manager, you'll work closely with operational and functional leadership teams to provide both strategic and hands-on HR support. You'll play a key role in delivering the people agenda, leading change initiatives, developing leadership capability, and ensuring our people processes support a high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
- Leading and supporting organisational change programmes, including restructures and business transformation projects.
- Driving employee engagement and helping to build and embed a positive workplace culture.
- Coaching and supporting managers on performance management, talent development and leadership effectiveness.
- Managing complex employee relations cases and providing expert HR guidance.
- Leading succession planning and talent development activities to identify and support future leaders.
- Delivering HR projects and initiatives that improve business performance and employee experience.
- Supporting recruitment and workforce planning activities to ensure the business attracts and retains the right talent.
- Using people data and insights to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Championing continuous improvement across HR processes and ways of working.
What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can build strong relationships, challenge positively, and influence at all levels of the organisation. You'll ideally have:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Significant experience operating at HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner level.
- Experience working within a fast-paced operational environment such as manufacturing, logistics, retail or FMCG.
- Strong change management and organisational development experience.
- Proven experience leading HR projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations.
- Experience coaching managers and developing leadership capability.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance people priorities with business needs.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.
