This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day running and development of the provision, including curriculum, SEND, safeguarding, behaviour, attendance and engagement. You will have the opportunity to build your team, shape the provision as it grows and create an inclusive culture where pupils feel supported to re-engage with learning and achieve.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership experience within specialist, SEND or alternative provision, previous DSL experience and experience of working within independent education. Above all, we want someone who shares our belief that a young person's needs or previous experiences of education should not limit what they can achieve. Previous Headteacher or Head of Provision experience and experience of online or blended education would be an advantage.

- Primarily remote and flexible working
- The opportunity to shape a new provision from its early stages
- A high level of autonomy and the opportunity to build and develop your own team
