Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic financial planning advice to clients
- Conduct client review meetings and identify suitable advice opportunities
- Advise across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgage solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities through client engagement and referrals
- Manage the end-to-end advice process, including fact-finding, suitability discussions, and implementation
- Complete your own administration and pre-planning activities using the firm's internal systems
- Maintain regulatory compliance and high professional standards at all times
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
What We're Looking For:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
- Previous experience as a Financial Adviser, ideally around one year or more in an advisory role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a genuine desire to grow earnings and develop within the business
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable managing your own administration and workflow
- Professional, personable, and client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team environment
Desirable Skills:
- Experience advising on pensions, investments, protection, and mortgages
- Previous experience within a wealth management or financial planning environment
- Exposure to telephone-based advice models
- Experience working within a sales-focused advisory role
