As a Deburring Machine Operator, you will work in our fast-paced Machine Shop, acting as the final line of precision to ensure components are flawlessly manufactured. You will find a highly critical, detailed environment where 'precision' isn't just a buzzword - it's a lifesaver, and every single component you touch plays a part in bringing aircrew home safely. What You'll Do

  • Precision Finishing: Use dedicated machinery and hand tools to deburr high-precision aerospace components flawlessly.
  • Machine Operation: Competently operate manual workshop machines including milling, broaching, and grinding equipment.
  • Technical Compliance: Read and interpret complex technical drawings, taking personal pride in meeting strict 'zero-defect' standards.
  • Workspace Excellence: Maintain a sharp, safe, and efficient workspace by actively using 5S workplace organisation principles.
