  • Title: (Interior Outfit Project) Delivery Manager

Location: Southampton with Global Travel
Purpose of Job
Assist in the management of a variety of complex tasks related to the Project Management of marine and interior outfit projects from commercial handover, through to on-site delivery and then project close.

Where appropriate lead on smaller projects.

Collaborate across different department functions to ensure allocated tasks contribute to the overall project delivery requirements.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines strong project delivery experience with a practical, hands-on understanding of marine outfit environments.

The ideal candidate:
10+ years' experience within the marine outfit industry.

Experience working across marine sectors such as cruise, ferry, defence or superyacht.

A strong understanding of outfit planning and delivery onboard marine vessels.

Experience managing large teams of tradespeople.

The ability to read and interpret blueprints, working drawings and written scopes of work.

Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Project.

Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

A results-driven, detail-focused approach.

The ability to use standard measuring and surveying tools to quantify material requirements.

What you'll need
Right to live and work in the UK.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Willingness and ability to travel globally as required.

A strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.

Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, trades, suppliers and other stakeholders.

You'll need to be confident and willing to travel internationally for project delivery and surveys, sometimes for extended periods and occasionally at short notice.
