The successful candidate will be expected to have previous Recruitment or Account Management experience and the drive and determination that will equip them with the skills to succeed. Operating in a 360-degree recruitment role, you will be responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment process, which will include client and candidate development.
Main Duties:
- Establishing rapport with candidates/clients
- The search and selection of candidates
- Identifying opportunities
- Gaining strong leads from new customers and candidates
- Have strong Admin skills to check Right to work information
- Payroll
- Weekly Planners
- Timesheets
- Following up appointments
- Progressing opportunities
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Planning & Organisation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Good telephone manner
- Good Communication Skills - including verbal and written communications and negotiation skills
- Quality Focus
- Customer Service skills to include treating end users with empathy and respect
- Self-motivated and confident
- Great IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Skills - Desirable:
- Microsoft Office skills - Powerpoint and project
- Ability to work remotely on occasion (with minimum supervision)
