Location - Gatwick
Salary £22,500 basic + bonus, OTE £60,000
Hours - Monday - Saturday, Day off in the week, Sundays on rota

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a successful main dealership in the Gatwick area.

This role is ideal for someone with automotive sales experience or a proven background in retail or high-value sales who is looking to maximise their earning potential and build a long-term career.

Sales Executive Role Welcome customers and provide a first-class showroom experience.

Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey, from enquiry to handover.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, showcasing features and benefits.

Generate new business through prospecting and following up sales leads.

Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.

Accurately appraise part-exchange vehicles and liaise with management on valuations.

Complete all sales administration and ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes.

Promote finance, insurance, and value-added products where appropriate.

Sales Executive Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong retail/high-value sales background.

Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales objectives.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Professional, organised, and customer-focused approach.

Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.

Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
