This is your opportunity to join a highly skilled restoration team in a state-of-the-art facility in Daventry, where traditional craftsmanship meets cutting-edge automotive engineering.

Why This Role?

As an Automotive Trimmer, you'll play a key role in creating bespoke interiors and precision-finished vehicles that are truly one of a kind. Working alongside experienced craftsmen and technicians, you'll help produce world-class automotive restorations where every stitch, panel, and finish matters.

The Role:

  • Interior trim installation, assembly, and fitment to exacting quality standards.
  • Removing, modifying, and refitting interior components to support bespoke vehicle builds.
  • Trimming and fitting premium interior materials, including leather, Alcantara, fabrics and carbon fibre components.
  • Carrying out bench modifications, repairs, and rework to achieve a flawless finish.
  • Stripping, rebuilding, and aligning exterior trim and body panels where required.
  • Basic sewing and hand-stitching to support high-quality interior craftsmanship.
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure every vehicle meets luxury manufacturer standards.
  • Working closely with engineers and fellow technicians to resolve build challenges and support continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?

  • We're looking for a skilled Technician who is passionate about producing exceptional vehicle interiors.
  • Previous experience as a Trim Technician or Vehicle Trimmer.
  • Experience working within luxury automotive, restoration, coachbuilding, classic vehicles, or motorsport environments.
  • Strong knowledge of fitting and working with leather, textiles, Alcantara and composite materials (carbon fibre experience advantageous).
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to work overtime when required.
