With almost 30 years of specialist expertise, the business has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex facade remediation, cladding replacement, fire safety and external refurbishment projects across the UK. Having already secured approximately three years of confirmed work, turnover has increased from £32m to around £45m this year, with ambitions to exceed £55m next year. Their Southern region has grown rapidly over the past 12 months and continues to expand as they secure major remediation schemes across London and the M25, alongside an increasing portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) installations as part of wider building safety and sustainability programmes.

Position Overview

  • Manage the commercial aspects of facade remediation, cladding replacement and building safety projects across London and the M25 corridor
  • Prepare valuations, applications for payment, cost reports, variations and final accounts
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and commercial administration throughout project delivery
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts and commercial performance to maximise project profitability
  • Work closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure successful commercial delivery of projects
  • Develop your commercial expertise within a rapidly expanding contractor delivering prestigious remediation and building safety schemes

Position Requirements

  • Open to Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking to step up into a Quantity Surveyor position, as well as experienced Quantity Surveyors
  • Experience working for either a Main Contractor or Specialist Subcontractor
  • Experience within facade remediation, cladding or the external envelope sector would be advantageous, although candidates with strong general contracting experience will also be considered
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to projects across London and the M25 corridor as required
