Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll work collaboratively with framework contractors, direct operational teams and the service delivery team to ensure delivery in compliance with clients’ challenging SLAs.
  • Delivering customer excellence and working compliantly to ensure we deliver compliant regulatory performance.
  • You’ll be responsible for all performance reporting for Engineers KPIs, which ensure we are achieving against client KPI targets.
  • Manage and deliver all Metering project work, as required, for example Riser Cupboards, Analysis data to create and produce work batches for plumbers to attend.
  • You’ll need to manage all resource activities, annual leave, sickness trackers and escalate where gaps arise.
  • Ensure all mandatory training is allocated to minimise operational disruption.
  • Ensure training is attended prior to expiration to ensure 100% training compliance across the plumbing teams.
  • Complete plant compliance checks and ensure PUWER audits are completed, and actions are escalated.
  • Collate stock sheets and escalate to relevant party for sign off and approval along with handling the completion of desk top audits, review and sign off FYLD audits and issue relevant PTW escalating any issues as they occur.
  • Monitor Samsara, Asset Go & People Safe systems to escalate any issues and ensure the plumbing team are working safely and compliantly.
  • Process any van PCNs as they are received and set up all required accounts and activations and ensure these are deactivated as per the leavers procedures SIRT, FSL, TEAMS, Phones etc.

You’ll work a 45 hour week, Monday-Friday 07:30 to 17:00. Overtime will be at agreed rate.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
