Warehouse Operative AM - Darlington
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative AM to work with a leading retail and beauty company in Darlington. In this role, you will be responsible for handling products, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse. You will work in the morning shift and collaborate with a team to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Shift patterns:
- Sunday - Saturday: 06:00 till 14:00
- Flexibility is required to meet operational needs.
Pay rates:
* 12.91 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative AM:
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks and follow supervisor instructions respectfully.
- Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed.
- Basic English and Math proficiency.
- Available to work 40 hours a week.
- Not on a student visa.
Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative AM:
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good record of attendance and experience working to targets.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with basic warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Manual Handling Equipment experience.
- Team player with good communication, a proactive attitude, and ability to adapt to change.
