Your Teaching is working closely with a range of well-run and supportive primary schools across Dagenham, all looking to secure strong classroom practitioners for both long-term roles and flexible day-to-day cover. Schools are keen to meet reliable, confident teachers who can step into the classroom and make an impact from day one, whether that is in a consistent class teacher post or shorter term placements.

If you are looking for stability through a long-term contract, or the flexibility of day-to-day teaching around your other commitments, we can line up the right type of work for you. Agencies across London and the South East commonly offer a mix of long-term and supply teaching options.

About the Role

You will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils can thrive. You will assess and track pupil progress, adapt your teaching to meet individual needs, and maintain high expectations for behaviour, attendance and achievement. In long-term roles, you will also take on planning, assessment, and wider class responsibilities, while in day-to-day placements you will follow school plans and provide high-quality cover.

You will work closely with colleagues, support staff, parents and carers to maximise pupil outcomes and contribute positively to the wider school community.
