The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 years in a busy manufacturing plant. The Maintenance Manager will be involved in providing leadership and technical support across the engineering functions including reliability, improvements, PPMs, CMMS, projects etc.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Manager:

  • Experienced in managing engineers in a manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical engineering experience
  • Engineering qualification
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with reliability, improvements, CMMS, health and safety

Desirable for the Maintenance Manager:

  • Previous experience working as a Maintenance Manager in the UK
  • Experience with FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Understanding or experience of working in a unionised environment
