Professional HGV Class 2 drivers are required to join the team delivering home improvement products directly to customers. We are looking for reliable and customer-focused HGV Class 2 Drivers to complete multi-drop home deliveries for Wickes customers. Drivers will work alongside a Drivers Mate to safely deliver building and home improvement products to residential addresses.
DUTIES:
- Carrying out multi-drop home deliveries in a safe and timely manner
- Working alongside a Drivers Mate to complete two-person deliveries
- Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
- Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld devices where required
- Adhering to driver hours regulations and working time rules
- Reporting any vehicle defects or delivery issues to the transport office
