Role Overview We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and physically fit 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our transport team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of goods while providing excellent customer service.

This role involves regular manual handling, including loading, unloading, and moving heavy items, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.

Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle in accordance with road traffic laws and company procedures.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.

Load and unload goods safely, using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment where required.

Deliver and collect goods accurately and on schedule.

Secure loads to ensure safe transportation.

Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all required paperwork or electronic documentation.

Provide professional and courteous customer service at all delivery locations.

Plan routes efficiently while complying with drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.

Keep the vehicle clean and presentable.

Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements Full UK driving licence with Category C1 entitlement.

Valid Driver CPC qualification.
