CSCS Fitter - Tewkesbury | £13.00 - £18.00 per hour | Guaranteed 39 Hours | UK & European Travel | Temp to Perm | Fully Funded Training | Weekly Pay People Solutions are currently recruiting for a CSCS Fitter to join our well-established client based in Tewkesbury .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful family-owned business specialising in the installation of retail signage and display systems throughout the UK and Europe, offering guaranteed hours, excellent rates of pay, fully funded training and genuine temp-to-permanent opportunities.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a CSCS Fitter, Shop Fitter, Retail Fitter, Installer, POS Installer, Display Installer, Signage Installer, General Labourer, Site Operative or Installation Operative .

  • Monday to Sunday | Various Day & Night shifts available
  • Guaranteed 39 hours per week
  • Up to two nights away per week (subsistence allowance and expenses paid)
  • Rates of Pay
  • £13.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift pattern)

Day-to-Day Duties As a CSCS Fitter , your duties will include

  • Installing retail signage, POS equipment and display systems across customer sites
  • Working from technical drawings, plans and site surveys
  • Completing installations independently or as part of a fitting team
  • Loading, unloading and transporting equipment safely
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Completing installation paperwork accurately
  • Travelling throughout the UK and Europe when required
  • Following all Health & Safety procedures on customer sites

Essential Skills To be successful in this role, you will need

  • A valid CSCS Card
  • A Full UK Driving Licence with no more than three penalty points
  • Previous fitting, installation or shop fitting experience
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
  • Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
  • Excellent practical skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Live within a commutable distance of Tewkesbury

Desirable Experience

  • Experience driving a 3.5 tonne van
  • IPAF Licence
  • Valid Passport with willingness to travel throughout Europe
  • Previous experience installing POS, signage or retail display systems
  • Training Provided
  • Full company induction
  • Fully funded training and ticket upgrades
  • Ongoing support throughout your assignment
