About the Role:
Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1-to-1 care in a client's home. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and complex health needs, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect.
- Support medication and clinical observations.
- Assist with nutrition and epilepsy (training provided).
- Follow individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
- Essential:
- Minimum 6 months UK care experience.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
- Experience with challenging behaviour and nonverbal clients.
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
- Desirable:
- Experience in complex care.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
