Location: Poole

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, hybrid working 2 days per week in the office, 3 days working from home

Salary: Up to £45,000

Are you an experienced Marketing Automation professional with strong HubSpot, CRM and marketing operations experience? We are looking for a commercially minded CRM and Marketing Automation Manager who enjoys combining technology, marketing and data to improve performance across the entire customer journey. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams, helping them make better decisions through accurate reporting, automation and meaningful insight.

As a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimising the marketing automation platform
  • Building automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Creating and improving workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation
  • Supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from set-up through to reporting
  • Producing dashboards and reports that give clear commercial insight
  • Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements
  • Working with sales to improve lead management and pipeline visibility
  • Maintaining CRM data quality and GDPR compliance
  • Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes
  • Supporting future system developments and integrations
  • Keeping up to date with new marketing automation and AI technologies

What we are looking for as a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager:

  • At least two years' experience working with marketing automation platforms
  • HubSpot experience would be a real advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoys working with data
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards and performance metrics
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, lead management and customer journeys
  • Experience working closely with both marketing and sales teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to explain technical information in a straightforward way
  • A proactive approach and enjoys finding better ways of working
  • Familiar with GDPR and best practice in data compliance and customer data handling
  • Knowledge of Revenue Operations (RevOps), Google Analytics, WordPress or AI marketing tools would be beneficial but isn't essential.
