We're looking for a highly organised and analytical Route Planner to join our Premium Installations team.
You'll plan and optimise routes across our Gas and Electric fleets, helping deliver excellent customer service while maximising efficiency.
Working closely with operational teams, you'll manage route changes, monitor capacity and support escalations to keep our installation network running smoothly.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Plan, optimise and schedule the final premium installation plan for Gas and Electric fleets
Manage escalations and special requests with Installation teams.
Optimise routes using Paragon software to maximise efficiency and customer service.
Review and approve final routing plans, ensuring all legal, operational and business constraints are met
Monitor regional capacity and adjust plans to meet changing demands
Collaborate with operational teams to maintain delivery performance and minimise service disruption
