About the role:
As a Night Shift Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the warehouse, with a focus on efficiency and compliance with operational standards.
Supporting all areas of the warehouse, you will report directly to the Night Shift Supervisor.
You'll excel under pressure, delivering results while adapting quickly to challenges.
With a focus on driving operational success, you'll work to enhance the customer experience and step in to cover managerial duties when needed.

Complete incident reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
Supervise and delegate daily task to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee the quality management of all tasks performed.
Escalate stock, equipment and operational issues raised by the operational team.
Monitor and report MHE equipment maintenance issues to the appropriate departments or management.
Build, plan and oversee daily teams' schedules, ensuring task allocation aligns with operational needs and targets.
Take responsibility for managing the correct processing of any inbound stock.
