Proposals Engineer required for a well-established engineering business supporting customers across offshore, marine, energy and industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals, acting as the focal point between clients, suppliers and internal departments to deliver competitive and accurate quotations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a proposals, tendering, estimating or bid engineering role and possess strong commercial awareness alongside a technical engineering background.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Proposals Engineer, Bid Engineer or Tendering Engineer looking to join a growing engineering business with a strong reputation within its sector.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of offshore, subsea or energy industries would be advantageous.
