Help us Separate People from Hazards At Kee Safety, protecting people is at the heart of everything we do. As a global leader in fall protection, safe access solutions, and training, we're looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead and support our UK and European operations.
This is a high-impact role for a proactive HSE professional who enjoys a mix of strategic leadership, auditing, training, and hands-on site engagement. You'll work closely with business leaders across multiple locations to drive a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing Lead and develop HSE programmes across the UK and Europe
Provide expert guidance on UK and European HSE legislation and best practice
Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across business units
Deliver HSE and working-at-height training
Monitor, analyse, and report on HSE performance and KPIs
Support accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Work with managers and teams to develop risk assessments and safe systems of work
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies
What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' HSE management experience
Strong auditing and compliance background
Sound knowledge of UK and European HSE regulations
NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
Experience within construction, work at height, manufacturing, or industrial environments is highly desirable
