Cover Supervisor - Role
Information: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects.
Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Keep students engaged and focused throughout the lesson.
Provide a brief handover to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.
Cover Supervisor - Applicant
Requirements: A confident and professional classroom presence.
The ability to manage behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students.
A minimum of two months' UK-based experience working with young people (e. g. in schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring or similar settings).
A reliable, adaptable and professional approach.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
