Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a leading warehouse operation based in Coventry (CV7). This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering competitive pay, weekly wages, and long-term career prospects.

The Role
- As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring products are stored and retrieved accurately while maintaining high health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.
- Picking and replenishing stock from racking locations.
- Completing daily equipment safety checks.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Following all company health and safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- A valid Reach Truck licence (essential).
- A minimum of 18 months' Reach Truck driving experience.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- A strong understanding of warehouse health and safety.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Counterbalance experience is advantageous but not essential.
Shift Patterns
- Rotating Shifts Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Friday: 6:00am - 1:10pm
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday: 1:10pm - 6:30pm
- Night Shift Sunday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am
Pay Rates
- Rotating Shifts: £14.07 per hour
- Night Shift: £15.07 per hour
