We are currently recruiting for a reliable and practical Handyman / Property Maintenance Operative to join our team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Applying and replacing silicone sealant in bathrooms and kitchens
- Wall painting and general decorating
- Sofa and upholstery cleaning
- Preparing properties and ensuring they are ready for use
- Moving furniture and other items when required
- Assisting Maintenance Operatives with general tasks
- Carrying out general handyman and property maintenance duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in property maintenance, handyman work or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience with silicone application and replacement would be particularly beneficial.
- We are looking for someone reliable, hands-on and able to work independently while supporting the wider maintenance team.
