Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced HLOP Drivers for a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Coventry, CV2. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, consistent shifts and the opportunity for long-term employment within a modern warehouse environment.

The Role

  • Operating a HLOP (High Level Order Picker) safely and efficiently
  • Picking customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets
  • Replenishing stock to designated warehouse locations
  • Loading and unloading stock where required
  • Moving products safely throughout the warehouse
  • Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved

Key Skills and Experience

  • In possession of a valid and accredited or in house HLOP licence, as well as Reach, Counterbalance or VNA
  • Comfortable working at height in a warehouse environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Able to follow instructions and work accurately
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
