The Role:

We are looking for experienced and motivated fencers to become part of our expanding team at HW Martin Fencing and Forestry Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to some of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects, working across rail networks, highways, and a wide range of commercial sites.

As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of fencing systems to the highest industry standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with health and safety procedures, environmental requirements, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain fencing systems (timber, steel, security, and boundary fencing).
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Report close calls and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in fencing installation, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively outdoors in all weather and site conditions.
  • A valid CSCS card is essential.
