Basic salary negotiable depending on experience | Up to 10% commission per completed sale

Are you confident winning instructions, building relationships and progressing sales through to completion? This role gives you the chance to directly influence your earnings. With uncapped commission of up to 10% per completed sale, your income reflects the business you generate and the results you deliver. You will have the freedom to manage opportunities from the first conversation through to completion, developing strong relationships with sellers, buyers and professional contacts along the way.

Why this opportunity is different:

  • The commission structure genuinely rewards ownership and new business generation.
  • You will earn:
    • 5% commission when the business is introduced to you and you manage the instruction, sale and completion.
    • 10% commission when you generate the lead, win the instruction and manage the sale through to completion.
    • 45p per mile for business travel.
  • There is no commission ceiling, making this particularly attractive for someone who enjoys creating opportunities rather than simply waiting for enquiries to arrive.
  • The basic salary starts at National Minimum Wage but is negotiable depending on your estate agency or sales experience.

The role:

As Sales Negotiator, you will manage the sales journey from initial enquiry and market appraisal through to offer negotiation and completion. You will nurture existing leads while actively identifying new instructions, helping grow the property register and generate future sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with new and existing buyers and sellers.
  • Booking and attending property viewings and market appraisals.
  • Generating leads, winning instructions and bringing properties to market.
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing successful sales.
  • Progressing transactions through to completion.
  • Maintaining accurate client notes and activity records within the CRM.
  • Managing client files, AML checks and GDPR requirements.
  • Working closely with buyers, sellers and solicitors to keep transactions moving.
  • Supporting property marketing and social media activity.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and delivering a high standard of service.

What will help you succeed:

You will be comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone, with the confidence to turn conversations into appointments, instructions and agreed sales. Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience within estate agency or another target-led sales environment. You will also need to be organised, commercially aware and motivated by the opportunity to increase your earnings. A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle with appropriate business-use insurance are essential.

What is on offer:

  • Basic salary negotiable depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission of up to 10% per completed sale.
  • The opportunity to manage sales from lead generation through to completion.
  • Mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
  • A varied role combining property sales, relationship management and business development.
  • The freedom to earn more by creating and converting your own opportunities.
