We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Document Controller / Project Coordinator to join our team - MUST HAVE HS2 Background Experience.

Responsibilities Establish and maintain comprehensive document control systems to ensure all project files, drawings, reports, and correspondence are accurately stored, tracked, and easily accessible.

Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables by liaising with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Oversee version control processes for technical documents and drawings, ensuring consistency and compliance with project standards.

Utilize tools such as Tableau for data visualization and reporting to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.

Manage large datasets using SQL and Python scripts to extract insights, support data analysis efforts, and facilitate decision-making processes.

Collaborate with database administrators to optimize database design for data warehouses built on Oracle or similar platforms.

Support data management initiatives by implementing best practices in data quality assurance, metadata documentation, and system integration using Informatica or equivalent ETL tools.

Lead efforts in data analysis by leveraging your expertise in analysis skills and project management principles to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes.

Experience Proven experience in document control within large-scale projects or construction environments.

Strong background in project management methodologies with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Hands-on experience working with Tableau for data visualization and reporting purposes.

Proficiency in SQL programming for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes; familiarity with Python is highly desirable.

Knowledge of big data concepts and experience working with data warehouses built on Oracle or similar platforms.
