Siamo Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join a busy Commercial Property Department in our Coventry office on a permanent basis.

Due to our head office location, it is preferable for candidates to hold a full UK Driving Licence and have their own transport.

Previous experience as a Commercial Fee Earner is essential as we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one, although full training will be given on our internal systems and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of commercial property work including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases
  • Business lease renewals
  • Contract drafting
  • Dispute resolution
  • Various other matters

You will be a Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2+ Years PQE and possess:

  • Extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Ability to undertake Marketing and PR
  • Ability to develop new business
  • Case management experience
  • Risk management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exemplary client care skills
  • Sound IT skills, including experience of case management systems & Microsoft packages
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
