I am recruiting for an experienced and quality-focused Deputy Manager for a fantastic residential care home for older people based in the Corsham area of Wiltshire. The home is a beautiful, medium-sized care home supporting residents, including many living with Dementia.
We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager who has previous experience in a similar role, or a strong and experienced Team Leader who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Deputy Manager must have:
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or working towards it
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader within an older people's or dementia care setting
- Strong staff management and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding standards
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
