About the Role
We are currently recruiting Night Shift VNA Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced warehouse operatives with VNA experience or those holding other MHE licences who are looking to develop their skills. Successful candidates will be required to commence work ASAP depending on availability. Training will be provided before moving onto the permanent night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting stock throughout the warehouse.
- Picking and replenishing stock within designated storage locations.
- Accurately handling products using warehouse management systems and RF scanners where applicable.
- Conducting daily equipment checks and reporting any defects.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.
Training
Candidates will complete site-specific training before starting on the night shift. Those with previous VNA experience and a valid licence may complete training more quickly. Candidates with Counterbalance (CB), Reach Truck (RT), or High Level Order Picker (HLOP) licences or relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Applicants without a VNA licence but with relevant MHE experience will be considered as novice operators, with training taking up to 5 night shifts to complete.

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to working permanent night shifts.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Preferred
- Valid in-house or external VNA licence.
- Previous VNA driving experience.
- Counterbalance (CB), Reach Truck (RT), or High Level Order Picker (HLOP) licence and/or experience.
Please Note: Applicants with CB, RT, or HLOP licences or experience are encouraged to apply even if they do not currently hold a VNA licence, as full VNA training can be provided.
