We are looking to recruit a new member to join the successful team, in the position of On-Site Recruitment Consultant for our prestigious contract in Corby.
Experience within the recruitmentindustry may be an advantage; however, we would look to develop an individual with transferable skills who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Hours 08:30 - 16:30working Thursday - Monday,although flexibility will be required based on the needs of the business.
This is a Fixed term contract until 31st December 2026

Reporting to the Onsite RecruitmentManager, your role will be to support the on-site service including recruitmentand shift planning.
You will also responsible for ensuring site compliance, whilst ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled.

Main Responsibilities
Working as part of a fast-paced onsite team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs you will be involved in:
Helping to fulfil daily volume requirements in line with customer deadlines
The recruitmentand selection of workers
Planning of shift allocation and availability of people Induction training (following sign off)
Adhering to administration processes such as change requests and absences
Managing compliance requirements
Providing a positive experience, delivering a high level of customer service
Dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently
Managing relationships with internal customer managers
Collating and report on Key Performance Indicators
Manage employees on performance and conduct
